Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) /Cloud agreements, technology, and strategic relationship agreements, non-standard agreements, and agreements for new products & services
  • Maintain and update Siteimprove’s boilerplate agreements and other documents and resources for the commercial teams
  • Actively work with Siteimprove’s Commercial Operations team to respond to RFPs from clients, vendors, or partners
  • Set up and manage various contract flow and review processes in our new CLM system
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay informed and update leadership about changes in legislation and regulations that impact Siteimprove
  • Support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
