Essential qualifications include a qualification in media design and/or 3D modelling (or equivalent experience), as well as a qualification in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
What software skills are required for this job?
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling applications such as Blender, 3ds Max, and Unity is advantageous for this role.
What kinds of tasks will I be responsible for in this role?
You will be responsible for the sustainment and development of courseware, directly updating lesson and syllabus data, creating and updating graphical content, and supporting the development of Pilot Training Aid scenarios, among other tasks.
Are there desirable skills or experiences for this role?
Yes, experience in computer coding and an understanding of a Systems Approach to Training or Instructional Systems Design would be advantageous.
