Responsibilities

  • - Communicate confidently with the Judge and all participants.
  • - Produce accurate and timely Court documents.
  • - Ensure the smooth running of all Magistrates Courts sitting daily.
  • - Intervene in Court when required.
  • - Maximise judicial sitting time.
  • - Take pleas, produce Court orders, and record hearing outcomes accurately and efficiently.
  • - Work within a Legal Team and collaborate with a Judge.
  • - Adapt to new systems and technologies as part of ongoing improvements to service delivery.
