Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Production and Product Development team in UK and Italy to coordinate production handovers to external manufacturers. Ensuring the production its planned in an efficient and cost effective and orders meet delivery deadlines.
  • Follow up on production timeframes making sure all gowns are collected from the manufacturer and delivered to warehouse.
  • Collate and log selling campaign orders as well as special production, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate repairs and alterations in the studio and ensuring work are completed in a timely manner and delivery back on time.
  • Coordinate with the Italian Supply Chain team the request of PO at every production run, making sure all SO are covered.
  • Create barcodes for each production run.
  • Supervise warehouse stock levels and support the logistic team in performing stock takes.
  • Tag, bag up, and seal close completed garments when necessary for shipment to final clients.
  • Supporting with the creation of presentation and training materials such as seasonal selling books, lookbooks, price lists, etc.
  • Assisting during sampling and production fittings.
  • Check fabric and production availability (in house or with manufacturer) for rush orders requests.
  • Periodically issue MTM/Customisation orders list to the Pattern Cutting team.
  • Coordinate the timely and prompt deliveries of goods, ensuring all admin steps and all necessary information are provided to Warehouse, Customer Care and Accounts.
  • Sending samples and swatches when requested from stores.
  • Order office/studio/production supplies when necessary (including garment/plastic bags, and tissue paper, stickers, hangers). Manage relative PO.
  • Assist the wider Couture and Bridal team with any other tasks as required.
