Responsibilities

  • Adhere and contribute to the standards applied to all in-house design
  • Excel and deliver industry leading creative assets for the Williams Racing Fan engagement program including pop up store designs, digital activation assets, event graphics and M&L
  • Maintain and develop the visual identity of the Williams brand through all creative projects
  • Research, plan and execute design projects under the guidance of the Senior Creative (Fan Engagement lead) and Head of Creative Design
  • Manage productivity and workflow to meet targets achieve goals
  • Constant pursuit of new skills and capabilities to increase the service and value provided by the Creative Services department
  • Work effectively within wider Marketing department Report to and support the Senior Creative (Fan Engagement
  • Contribute and collaborate on ideas, opportunities and blockers as part of your immediate and wider team such as sharing information on industry insight and identifying blockers and opportunities
