Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, ideally in an agency
  • Strong graphic culture – you have a real interest in the world of nutrition, taste appeal and beautiful ingredients
  • Excellent command of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite), and more particularly in the creation of visuals and animations using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Bria
  • Creative versioning and automation tools like Storyteq, and integrated content generation suites like Pencil Pro are likely to be required too
  • A proven track record of applying AI to previous creative projects
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in advertising and marketing
  • An ability to collaborate and exchange within a multidisciplinary team, across different locations

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of a stream of content, working from a prioritised backlog and with a near-shore production team in Poland. This will cover to a wide range of brand identities – both global (Hellmann’s, Knorr) and local.
  • Leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to seamlessly integrate Ai-based solutions with creativity, developing delicious and engaging content.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, exploring novel ways to incorporate them into creative strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target audience, translating insights into compelling and effective creative solutions.
  • Guarantee the quality and deadlines of the work carried out within a sprint model by the team in Poland. Coordinate the implementation of deliverables and in particular control the quality of their execution.
  • Ensure that the program delivers superior ROI, through improved performance and cheaper production costs, than conventional approaches.
  • Capture learnings from each project, to create a path to scale in the future.
