Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with key cross-functional team members, across Creators, Sales, Legal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development to seamlessly produce brand-specific activations and executions
  • Drive operational excellence for the post production of our brand-specific activations and executions by refining the current process, building out toolkits to drive efficiency, and establishing a feedback loop to continue to optimize the processes
  • Tactically this person will also own and manage the key steps to execute the packages, including:
  • Overall project management
  • Ensure that the projects move seamlessly from kick-off to delivery by building out, and managing, systems to communicate progress, timing and key milestones
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead all content addendums, licenses and contracts between advertisers, talent and production vendors
  • Autonomously facilitate the intake and prioritization of the package production and communicate timelines
  • Relationship management
  • Effortlessly build trusted relationships with advertisers and agencies by establishing yourself as the key point of contact for the end-to-end process
  • Strong communicator with acute attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different milestones
