Are there any specific technical requirements for this position?
Yes, you must have a wired internet connection (cable or DSL), a VOIP-compatible router, and minimum upload/download speeds of 2000 kbps (2.0 mbps) and 4000 kbps (4.0 mbps), respectively.
What equipment is provided to new employees?
New employees will be provided with a laptop, headset, and phone within the first few weeks of starting.
