This Is a Unique Opportunity To Rotate Across Three Critical Care Units, Each Caring For a Diverse Range Of Patients, Including
  • This role will involve shift patterns of long days, nights and bank holidays to meet the service requirements of the ACCU.
  • Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate skilled evidence-based care for critically ill patients (L2 & L3). Ensuring quality care and patient safety are paramount.
  • Support and develop colleagues by mentoring and assessing their skills.
  • Promote practice development within Critical Care.
  • Fulfil Local/Trust requirements in specified audit or project work.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, complying with Health and Safety regulations, Environmental Health Act, and attending mandatory training.
  • Provide skilled support to medical staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
