Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing key logistics, project coordination and administrative for Culture Marketing relationships and product objectives, with a major focus on leading all product related topics, workstreams and operations. Provide day to day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts.
  • Lead, plan and coordinate all promo ordering processes for Global Culture Marketing offices between global creation teams and Culture Marketing stakeholders incl. budget planning and stock management. Pro-actively drive and communicate seeding & gifting calendar planning in line with brand and product calendar milestones. Streamline and support product seeding & gifting conversations between global & local from briefing (talent alignment) to post execution phase (clipping & tracking). Build rapport with external Entertainment contacts while keeping adidas objectives a top priority. Maintain current product knowledge and clear target market objectives. Manage team of coordinators globally to coordinate all administrative needs for internally/externally. Manage budget/expenditures. Set up an approval system and budget to assure efficient spending. Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day obstacles internally/externally. Work with product teams on project timelines, materials sourcing, samples delivery and product forecasting. Maintain production schedules, communicate timelines and ensure all teams follow. Provide marketing/PR support to launch collection and activate guerrilla marketing efforts. Identify opportunities to connect Culture Marketing Partner to our brand through relevant global entertainment and sports activities. Field, evaluate and facilitate internal requests for seeding support. Work with Retail/Account Marketing to maximize product retail opportunities. Lead and manage the development of the Culture Marketing newsletter for both the global workstream and each respective cluster workstream, ensuring alignment with key brand and product moments. Own and drive local CAF and contract submission process to Legal Local, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with internal guidelines. Lead and coordinate operational processes for Europe Culture Marketing, optimizing workflows and supporting regional execution. Manage and oversee the day-to-day workflow of the seeding agency of record, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with Culture Marketing objectives.
