  • Design and drive ongoing operational review of the U.S. Army Account Team. This involves envisioning current state improvements and developing future state operating models.
  • Design and manage processes to develop strategic objectives, budgets and execution plans for key customer programs and initiatives.
  • Lead the project management of strategic initiatives. This will include identifying opportunities for and creating new mechanisms, capturing, recording, synthesizing, and leveraging data, and prioritizing based on goals, business needs, and business impact.
  • Develop and refine programs to support the team's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
  • Align program priorities and resources to the needs of the broader DoD Team.
  • Focus on internal and external stakeholder engagement, delivery, and execution.
  • Meet regularly with Amazon internal stakeholders to develop effective methods for assuring timely delivery of customer commitments.
  • Develop and execute effective methods of communication among AWS and government stakeholders.
