Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist customers by offering tailored help and advice based on their needs
  • Foster an inviting retail environment for our customers, including managing displays
  • Oversee the Customer Journey, ensuring customers make informed decisions by providing comprehensive information on all relevant products and services
  • Use computers and digital tools to manage customer interactions and access up to date information, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Deliver a clear and balanced presentation of funding options to customers, adhering to compliance processes and requirements
  • Enhance the test drive experience by managing product presentations and handling necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with your managers to secure and process vehicle orders efficiently, utilising Mercedes Benz platforms as needed
  • Coordinate and finalise handover details for customer purchasing a vehicle, collaborating with relevant team members and departments
  • Follow up with previous visitors and enquiries, offering additional support and scheduling new appointments as needed
