Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service and drive our customer experience across a range of platforms and touch points with the aim to constantly exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to deliver exceptional service.
  • The CX team oversees and manages the entire end-to-end customer service area of Sheep Inc., ensuring a consistent Sheep Inc. tone of voice and experience across all platforms.
  • Help manage and coordinate our CRM platform, email and social media correspondence with existing and potential customers, respond to questions and feedback, help with customers’ orders and proactively resolve any issues.
  • Ensure to make the Sheep Inc. experience as smooth and pleasant as possible for anybody interacting with the brand.
  • Have encyclopaedic knowledge of our products and sustainability practices, and use fact-based intelligence when interacting with customers.
  • Liaise with our fulfilment partners to ensure all operational activities such as order processing, customer returns and stock management are managed and completed on time.
  • Be an internal advocate for the customer at Sheep Inc., influencing the strategy and direction of the company by collecting feedback and data and liaising with all departments within the business.
  • Help develop a best-in-class pre- and post-purchase customer experience strategy across fulfilment, delivery, and returns and come up with ways to surprise and delight the customer.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
