The starting salary for this position is £25,714.00, which can rise to £27,032.00 upon hitting the required competencies.
What are the working hours for the Customer Service Advisor role?
The working hours are 40 hours per week between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, on a 6-week shift rota with 2 Saturdays (9:30am - 5pm) every 6 weeks.
Is training provided?
Yes, during the training/grad period, you will work between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
