What are the main responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative at William Hill?
You will be responsible for welcoming customers, processing bets, assisting with customer queries, demonstrating how to use betting terminals, building customer relationships, championing safer gambling, and supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities.
What are the working hours for this position?
Our shops have a variety of opening times between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend working.
