What is the primary responsibility of a Customer Success Manager at Wunderkind?
The primary responsibility of a Customer Success Manager is to own the relationship and ultimate success of a dedicated segment of Wunderkind's enterprise customers, which includes initial onboarding, strategy development, campaign execution and optimization, and retention.
What qualifications are required for this position?
The position requires 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, and/or digital marketing, along with demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Is this a remote position?
No, this position is in-office for 3 days a week at our office in the Soho area.
