Requirements

  • Graduate (Engineering, Sciences, etc); Excel proficiency; Coding experience good-to-have.
  • Ability to lead drumbeats with mid-level organization leaders and influence the decision making.
  • Validated strong OWD (operate with subject area) & DMS (daily management system) ownership, with bias for action.
  • Build strong, lasting & fruitful working relationships with Customer & Multifunctional Teams towards establishing P&G as a preferred partner/supplier.
  • Demonstrates ability to foresee the supply chain situation/ risks and take proactive steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Demonstrates ability both written/ oral to articulate/ communicate clearly within/ across teams while resolving day-to-day issues.
  • Prior knowledge of digital tools e.g., Power BI, ERP.
  • Proficiency in excel & basic understanding of Logic/code creation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Target Availability across Customers (Key Accounts) for SKUs through daily monitoring of offtakes and inventory across stores/online and take proactive actions to mitigate OOS risks.
  • Daily Interaction with Multi-Functional Teams (Customer Ops team, P&G Sales Logistics, Distributor Site Teams, etc) to ensure service & availability delivery for Key Account
  • Initiative Delivery Completion: Lead readiness on new initiatives with customer team like New Store Openings / Joint Value Creation Projects supported by Account Multifunctional Team
  • New Launches & Transition management: Track New Product Listings, Active Assortment, Root-cause outages and Maintain & Improve Master Data Accuracy
  • Material Availability Planning: Lead daily drumbeats to ensure all Gaps vs Open Orders are actioned on to achieve Target Service Levels for Channel Customers.
