Responsibilities

  • - Comply and adhere to export and import administration regulations
  • - Processing the Customs declarations via Dubai Trade portal
  • - Communicating with Dubai Customs for follow up and queries
  • - Reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, BL's/AWB's for any in-accuracy
  • - Processing Gate passes (In/Out)
  • - Processing the FIRS, Health Certificate & CPIP on Dubai Municipality Portals
  • - Applying Certificate of Origin & Arab league COOs via Dubai Chamber & Ministry of Economy Portals
  • - Apply Duty Exemptions for the required industrial consignees
  • - Apply SIRA, MOFA and other regulatory requirements based on the products
  • - Monitor Exit Entry Certificates to ensure submission on time before expiry
  • - Deposits are submitted and followed up for refund through Dubai Trade Portal
  • - Ensure you have a have good filing and safe keeping process of Customs Documents in line with local regulations
  • - Update tariff according to Customs rate and fee changes, if any
