  • Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering/Science required, MBA preferred.

  • Management of cybersecurity for post- Mergers, Acquisitions, Integrations and Divestitures for Schneider Electric related Companies.
  • Co-define cybersecurity action plans based on cybersecurity assessments, standards, and frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST.
  • Ensure complete, efficient and timely execution of action plans (policies, people and technologies).
  • Ensure adequate sponsorship and communication of.
  • Lead escalations in this.
  • Coordinate with Group cybersecurity M&A Director and the M&A organization.
