Responsibilities

  • Prepare data for analytical use by building data pipelines to gather data from multiple sources and systems.
  • Integrate, consolidate, cleanse and structure data for use by our clients in our solutions.
  • Create SQL and Python code that is optimized, efficient, repeatable and scalable.
  • Analyze, understand and prepare complex and new data sources and incorporate them into project design.
  • Perform design, creation, and interpretation of large and highly complex datasets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in GCP and related technologies, actively proposing and evaluating new solutions.
  • Understand best practices for data management, maintenance, and reporting and use that knowledge to implement improvements in our solutions.
  • Develop and implement data quality checks and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  • Use analytical insights to develop solutions, improve processes and work with counterparts in the business to implement proposed solutions.
  • Package, summarize, visualize and perform storytelling on analytical findings and results to technical and non-technical people alike.
  • Ability to advocate for the implementation of solutions and improved processes as well as share the qualitative and quantitative elements to drive value and share the “so what” out of the analysis being performed.
