Responsibilities

  • Acquires, cleans and preprocesses raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability; maintains knowledge of key systems and queries those systems for data.
  • Conducts in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
  • Develops and implements analytical models to forecast future trends and outcomes
  • Develops and performs statistical analysis to identify patterns and correlations in the data
  • Creates visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports
  • Communicates findings to stakeholders through charts, graphs, and presentations
  • Ensures integrity and quality of data through regular audits and validation processes
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
  • Drive continuous improvement and defect elimination in organization using data insights
  • Establishes and supports data governance to ensure data is fit for optimum use by the organization
  • Partners and leads initiatives to build sustainable data pipelines, automations, and advanced analytics solutions
  • Understands strategic business objectives and work with business partners to economically justify and develop plans to create the necessary business insights.
  • Utilizes a combination of business acumen and technical knowledge to identify, prioritize, and solve high-impact business problems.
  • Translates complicated analysis results into relevant business messages. Effectively communicate results to project stakeholders and business teams.
  • Develops a working knowledge in other technical areas that are relevant to arriving at the appropriate solution to the business.
  • Develops the expertise needed to participate in walk-throughs with other staff to verify the completeness, accuracy and efficiency with respect to both the design, development, and maintenance of analytics solutions.
  • Develops the interpersonal skills needed to function effectively as a member of a project team and to educate business partners on the use of analytics.
