  • Self-motivated with high levels of resilience, enthusiasm and drive for success within an entrepreneurial business
  • Ambitious and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment and operate in a project based, immersive working culture
  • Strong academic background in a data-related field from a reputable institution, minimum Bachelor’s degree, post graduate qualifications are an added bonus, but not a pre-requisite
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas at this time, but this may change in the future
  • Must be available to start a permanent role in September 2024

Responsibilities

  • The Delta Capita Graduate Program is an overarching development plan that will include classroom/online training and on-site coaching to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills, understanding and confidence to kick start your career in consulting.
  • Initially, upon joining you will work through an intensive three-week training plan in a group which will involve classroom and online training to develop your consulting core skills and promote a sense of collaborative working and community amongst your peers.
  • Once you have completed the initial training, we encourage our graduates to put their learnings into practice on client site and you will be given the opportunity to work on a real-life engagement, directly with a client. To ensure this transition is smooth, all graduates will be supported in their work with a mentor, line manager, coach and surrounded by team of experienced colleagues who will be on hand and offering support.
  • In the early stage of your career, you will have access to additional online and classroom career development training modules, allowing you to specialise in certain key subject matter areas of interest as you progress.
