  • Business Statistics: Knowledge of the statistical tools, processes, and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
  • Programming Languages: Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify programming languages
  • A four-year degree (Bachelors) from an accredited college or university
  • Professional experience in a data analytics or data science role
  • Intermediate understanding of SQL concepts and professional experience with database management (SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Python, R, or other programming language
  • Experience with data visualization tooling (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD, version control, and Git / GitHub best practices

Responsibilities

  • - Directing the data gathering, data mining, and data processing processes in huge volume; creating appropriate data models
  • - Leading to define requirements and scope of data analyses; presenting and reporting possible business insights to management using data visualization technologies
  • - Complete projects by utilizing knowledge of statistical approaches, data management techniques, and/or related digital technologies
  • - Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem and create technical requirements, as well as develop and deploy solution
  • - Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, and presentations adapted to technical, business, and executive stakeholder(s)
