Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners, understand their business problems, create analytics solutions, present information back to them.
  • Manage projects through the full project lifecycle, including:
  • Scope out projects by creating requirements, timelines, project scope, etc.
  • Create analytical outputs (new data sets, dashboards, actionable insights, deep dive analytics) that will help support business growth and development
  • Create artifacts, such as project plans, documentation, data lineage, metadata, metrics definitions etc.
  • Present analytical outputs, communicate findings, provide recommendations for actionable insights, etc. to business partners and key stakeholders
  • Act as a SME with our Digital Marketing partners and other key stakeholders that proactively looks for solutions to business problems
  • Collaborate with other Data, Technology, and Analytics partners
  • Promote Data Literacy with partners and key stakeholders to raise the collective understanding of data, tools, etc. available to them
  • Champion data-driven decision-making
  • Proactively suggest project ideas, data process improvements, or value opportunities
  • Investigating and become an expert in available data sources of data, transform and determine how they can be interpreted for analysis. Identifying any gaps and develop plan of action to address.
  • Develop and produce reusable data assets using business acumen, statistical, and visualization techniques
  • Conduct analysis using descriptive or advanced techniques on massive volumes of structured and unstructured data to create actionable insights
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to establish trends, understand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and produce analyses, reports, and insights for partners that help drive tactical, operation, and/or strategic decision making in support of Digital Marketing goals
