  • Define operational KPIs and monitor the same for operational efficiencies
  • Responsible for smooth running of the distribution center operations, ensuring customer satisfaction with respect to accurate & on time delivery
  • 3PL Performance monitoring
  • Achieving the productivity target by continuously operational results
  • Clearing of Non Moving Inventory & Planning/Execution of Inventory Cycle counts which helps in Inventory Hygiene
  • Conducting Monthly Meetings with Internal/External Teams as per operational requirements Coordination with Other DC Managers for clearing operational pending tasks
  • Creating Resources as per Business Projections on Monthly Basis
  • Distribution of material across various channel B2B, B2C and business formats G&G, PBG, JMD Ensure all Resources are utilizing effectively which results directly productivity improvement Ensuring all Statutory Compliance documents related to DC are in place
  • Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling of material and keeping warehouse inventory accurate
  • Follow-up with HO Teams for Clearing Damage/Defective Parts timely
  • Inspect the cycle count and full stock take reports and control shrinkage in DC as per KPI Maintaining WH Hygiene & Ensure creating proper work Safe environment in DC
  • Monitor and minimize pilferage by implementing effective control mechanism
  • Monitor and review of Space/Manpower utilization as per projection and Actuals
  • Monitoring & Measuring Daily WH Operational Performance Levels and taking necessary actions when require
  • Monthly Reviews with Section Managers, Finding Gaps among the teams and provide sufficient training
  • Operate within DC budget by continuous monitoring and analyzing the cost
  • Planning capacity capex, warehouse planning, new site planning
  • Review and monitor transport operations services
  • Reviewing Budget vs Actuals and monitoring operational expenses
  • Timely Validating & Punching operational bills
