Responsibilities

  • Development and support of progress across the DEI agendas.
  • Implementation and embedment of DEI strategy in partnership with DEI counsels, business and ERGs, working to influence and build accountability across the business to drive outcomes.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure that DEI is embedded in all aspects of the business, across the colleague, customer & client and community lifecycles.
  • Development of monitoring (measuring and tracking) and reporting on indicators of success, creating insight and analysis to make recommendations for improvement.
  • To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions.
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function. Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes.
