Responsibilities

  • Supporting Deputy Director, RoS in providing strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with the rest of Defence
  • Oversee programmes supported by RoS
  • Lead secretariat for Minister chaired board
  • Develop reporting processes for RoS
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment, encouraging cross-team communication and knowledge sharing
  • Engage with senior leaders, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of inclusive culture initiatives and to promote the Raising Our Standards programme
