Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Performs daily reconciliation, investigation and clearing of over the counter (OTC) and exchange-traded derivatives suspense accounts.
  • Prepares quarterly summary suspense reconciliation with commentaries as part of the SOX requirement.
  • Reconciles cash collateral account for OTC and initial margin requirement account for exchange-traded derivatives.
  • Performs derivative accounts reconciliations.
  • Prepares and posts daily, monthly and quarterly adjustments to the General Ledger.
  • Supports the business unit in the completion of the quarterly financial close process.
  • Assists the business unit in providing information for internal and external audits.
  • Provides accurate and timely responses for all requests of information from different business units.
  • Contributes in the documentation of all the processes.
