Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits, design water mains layouts on CAD and prepare risk assessments and material lists.
  • Monitor and process post-commissioning information, including payment of water mains and liaising with relevant teams for next steps
  • Oversee the receipt of as-laid drawings, monitor fire hydrant installations, and issue completed drawings to customers and relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, ensuring high level of service delivery and prompt resolution of queries
