  • Experience in project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience

  • Demonstrated capability in the planning, design review & implementation, and project management/control of new structures & the enhancement of existing facility buildings
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary design incorporating industrial automation, robotics, or similar
  • Demonstrated success in communicating project requirements to various audiences (e.g. senior management, peers, public officials, vendors, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and improving upon the “Project Reviews Process” while ensuring AMZL Design Standards and innovation initiatives are implemented across the full project lifecycle across the EU.
  • Lead Project Reviews by providing comprehensive technical feedback, design oversight and quality assessment ensuring alignment against standards while accounting for project-specific variables
  • Spearhead design initiatives independently to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement of design standards, adhering to regulatory compliance and aligning various stakeholders while contributing to internally established goals and KPIs
  • Pro-active engagement of internal and external teams responsible for project delivery in line with established budgets, timelines, and resources towards successful project completion within established parameters.
  • Engagement in project feasibility studies and site analysis with dual focus on realizing potential of new site development and on optimizing existing assets
  • Regularly present and report status updates and KPIs to senior management, highlighting progress, impact and benefits of the team's owned processes
