Responsibilities

  • As a Design Manager, you'll be working within the Building Solutions team, supporting them in ensuring design programmes and quality standards are met through the effective management of external partners, internal stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Your day to day will include:
  • Working with clients and consultants to understand and scope design solutions.
  • Working with the Preconstruction team to develop scopes of work and duties to obtain fee bids from consultant designers.
  • Identifying and scoping any necessary surveys and investigations.
  • Responsibility for the management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule.
