A relevant construction qualification is required, such as a Degree or HND in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
Is prior experience necessary for this role?
Yes, demonstrable experience in a design role within a main contractor environment is required for this position.
Do I need to have knowledge of statutory regulations?
Yes, a good working knowledge of statutory regulations such as Building Control and the Building Safety Act is important for this role.
Is experience with BIM required?
Yes, experience with BIM level 2 projects, including COBie data and LoDM, is a requirement for this position.
