Responsibilities

  • Influence and evolve our culture through work that impacts on values, behaviours, and other cultural enablers.
  • Use insight to design and embed development programmes and tools that meet an identified business need and help to develop and retain managers and leaders and increase the effectiveness of teams.
  • Use a blended approach (courses and resources) and to draw on different theories/models/approaches when designing development programmes.
  • Deliver development programmes, workshops and facilitate team effectiveness sessions.
  • Develop and continuously improve our ‘always on’ learning content and tools and advise stakeholders on appropriate development solutions.
  • Coach and provide feedback to our line managers to support their growth and development.
