  • Knowledge of best practices and opportunities for innovation in learning and development.
  • Ability to develop and continuously refine strategy and roadmap for a service delivery organization, including technology support, integration and extended workforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in socializing and presenting analysis, proposals and strategies to organizational leaders with a demonstrated affinity for metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Define short and long-term learning and development business outcomes that require technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) investment.
  • Develop PeopleDev development strategy with overall People Operations (POps)/People strategy and in collaboration with the PeopleOps Technology and People Analytics teams.
  • Manage ongoing intake and prioritization of development requests including coordination and reporting with the POps Tech team for its impact on our technology platforms.
  • Act as primary liaison between PeopleDev and the POps Tech and People Analytics teams on business requirements definition, prioritization, and reporting.
