Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the Media Strategy for Spain and Portugal
  • Ensure the relevancy of the LEGO media plans in Iberia and consistency with the one for France
  • Drive the Spanish and Portuguese media agencies relationship s and year-long orchestration as the key point of contact for TLG and liaising with the Brand & DCE community to serve at best the Audiences (Kids, Shoppers, Adults) needs and objectives
  • Define (hand in hand with the France-Iberia Senior Digital & Media Manager) the annual insight-based Digital Strategy for France-Iberia
  • Build with the Brand Managers: best-in-class LEGO Masterbrand and franchises digital campaigns as a consistent 360 Digital ecosystem amplification in line with other touchpoints (TV / Instore…)
  • Understand French, Spanish and Portuguese consumers and shopper (trends) and turn this knowledge into key innovations and actions in line with the Brand/Franchises priorities
  • Define and monitor Digital KPIs, ensure that they are met and recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Direct interlocutor for Brand Managers and Social Media Engager to recommend agenda on each channel (LEGO YouTube channel / LEGO Facebook Page/ LEGO.xx for local activations)
  • Develop the team Digital Capabilities and deploy the annual learning agenda
  • Take an active role in the forums connecting you to your peers in other Business Units and with the Global team to raise FRIB voice, share best practices et seek inspiration
  • Define the Spanish Social media Strategy and KPIs
  • Manage the LEGO social media platforms in Iberia, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram Spanish local pages
  • Build the Editorial Calendar in line with key priorities
  • Create innovative local content ensuring engagement and recruitment
  • In collaboration with the FRIB Masterbrand and Trade marketing teams: drive holistic Shopper approach and thinking
  • Liaise with the Brand team for the deployment of impactful Shopper Campaigns that support and complement Consumer Campaigns and meet Audiences objectives
  • Track and analyze insights and performance to provide consistent KPI reporting and valuable insights
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional teams to deliver the annual BU ICP
  • Work hand in hand with the Brand Relations team to leverage the earned LEGO ecosystem and notably influencers and event activations
  • Work closely with the Senior Kids Engagement Manager to ensure 360 activations and maximize traffic and engagement (LEGO Play, LEGO Insiders, LEGO.xx, Mobile Applications)
  • Act as role model cross-team collaboration, actively giving and receiving feedback and liaising with the Marketing Leadership Team
  • Within the France Iberia Marketing team, you will be part of the Masterbrand Integrated team that develops and elevates the LEGO Brand Voice through the definition and implementation of an OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid) Marketing & Communication strategy to deliver the yearly LEGO Brand metrics objectives and the Integrated Commercial Plan of our Business Unit. Our new colleague will be specifically in charge of Digital and Shopper activations in France-Iberia with an enhanced focus on Spain and Portugal implementation - as well as being the Media lead in these markets.
