Requirements

  • Experience with and comfort in negotiating and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience in digital design tools is preferable including web design and content development tools.
  • A basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (in particular Photoshop) would be an advantage.
  • Well-developed communication skills, including with a high proficiency in written English
  • Experienced in digital consulting desirable
  • Proven project management experience
  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills.
  • A strong sense of team and passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome.

  • Able to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including director and executive level.
  • Bring thought leadership and organisational change innovation to the design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building change capability.
  • Accountable for the delivery of a fast, responsive, and frictionless experience for our People.
  • Generate high quality self-service solutions employing a range of media (text, graphics, audio & video)
  • Design and develop innovative and creative solutions that reflects business requirements and delivers intended business results across digital platforms
  • Produce appropriate graphics using a range of tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite To co-ordinate and deliver annual maintenance and upgrades of Bupa’s digital portfolio implementing improvements.
  • Keep abreast of digital theories, design approaches and technologies to ensure Bupa is at the leading edge of instructional design and development.
  • Lead digital projects as required; providing consultancy and technology knowledge to drive the best solution in the interest of the organisation and our employees.
