  • Successfully completed university studies in communication sciences, digital media or business administration - ideally with a focus on marketing
  • First professional experience in the digital sector as well as confident and experienced handling of analysis and testing tools, especially Excel, PowerBI, website CMS, and analytics
  • Strong affinity for numbers and enjoy critically scrutinizing, neutrally observing and evaluating analyses
  • KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPL, ROI and the calculation of forecasts and budget planning are an integral part of your day-to-day work and indispensable for you
  • Experienced in dealing with structured preparation of large amounts of data, interpretation, and summarization for your stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus

Responsibilities

  • - You work with the Brand Communication & Digital team on the marketing strategy and budget planning for new customer acquisition and keep an eye on operational implementation.
  • - You will independently analyze, plan and optimize performance with a focus on digital channels, interpret conversion rates with the associated influencing factors and prepare results for further communication. You are independently responsible for performance tracking and continuously optimize the tracking setup.
  • - You optimize conversion rates along the customer funnel with the aim of generating leads with a profitable ROI.
  • - You develop new ideas and drive our performance innovations.
  • - You will ensure the continuous quality assurance of our conversion funnel areas and transfer your findings and experience to other marketing areas and measures.
  • - You will be in close contact with related departments both nationally and internationally in order to further drive new customer acquisition via digital channels.
