Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with growth marketers and our media agency of record to develop media strategies that support our marketing programs and drive measurable performance.
  • Act as a digital media subject matter expert and help influence campaign design and execution to drive continual optimization.
  • Partner with the content team and agency on media performance to advise and conceive of creative ways media formats to help improve CTRs and conversions.
  • Maintain global 3rd Party Media list for all business segments.
  • Optimize performance around creative, media and landing page performance and present observations from reports, including recommendations to increase performance and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Develop a testing schedule and work with the agency to execute experiments on ads and landing pages and report on insights. Test, iterate, learning, apply insights.
  • Effectively manage multiple digital campaigns and growth marketers, determining KPI’s and benchmarks.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, offers and QA the flow of data to ensure accurate tracking/analysis, optimization, performance and reporting of digital campaigns and key metrics.
  • Collect and maintain updated Target Account Lists from multiple business segments to be leveraged through multiple paid media tactics.
  • Maintain suppression lists and competitor lists for each business segment.
  • Build, foster and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both agency and internal teams.
  • Stay informed on current paid digital media trends, advances, and the continuous changes to the digital landscape.
  • Set up and maintain dashboards to show live campaign results and analytics to stakeholders.
