Responsibilities

  • Direct, plan and prioritize dealer ordering project management including enhancements, content/asset updates and maintenance activities in support of vehicle launches, sales/event promotions and brand initiatives, ensuring that business requirements are effectively communicated to agency partners, and the brand is portrayed in the most compelling way possible
  • Collaborate with internal divisions (e.g., CX, IT, Sales, Service), Departments (e.g., Acura Sales, Honda Sales, S&LP, etc.), and third-party vendors/agencies, to support key digital selling and dealer ordering initiatives and stories, ensuring proper representation on the website.
  • Define and develop digital selling integration with ordering, prioritizing all projects and performance optimizations.
  • Manage vendors/agencies and 3rd party vendors to optimize team dynamics, project efficiencies, and improve overall quality.
  • Provide support to team members in complex projects.
  • Assist with the development of team members by identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies, while ensuring a positive working environment
