Responsibilities

  • Lead a team, at pace, to deliver LEASEs digital change plan - incorporating the digital projects already outlined through a recent Alpha - set direction and advise on which tools and methods to use.
  • Work directly with the LEASEs Board and Change Committee to develop and implement the full suite of digital projects necessary to support the organisations transformation overall and provide regular (at least monthly) updates to the LEASEs Change Committee on progress.
  • Set out clear outcomes that meet the needs of the different stakeholders (leaseholders, park home owners, LEASE staff, MHCLG staff, Government Ministers, other interested sector organisations) including on the quality and usability of your service by bringing in insights from changing user needs and innovative ways of working to achieve the right outcomes.
  • Using OKRs and other metrics to measure the success of the delivery and quality and usage of your service.
  • Own a budget and allocate funding to areas of the service based on decisions about priorities.
  • Identify and progress opportunities to reduce costs and duplication by actively promoting simplification.
  • Ensure the necessary business processes are followed and participate in the governance of the service, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teams.
  • Collect data through interaction with customers and stakeholders to provide insights into changing user needs.
  • Continually iterate/improve the service based on user feedback and your understanding of the environment.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and performance of the service.
