Responsibilities

  • As the Director of Culture, you will be responsible for building, fostering and demonstrating a workplace culture reflective of our company values, with emphasis on employee engagement and belonging.
  • This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to shaping a strong organizational culture, aligning programs & people with our company objectives and key initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee engagement strategies tailored to our workforce, aligned with business objectives in order to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are consistently embedded in organizational practices

  • Implement an internal communications strategy in order to communicate our programs, processes and initiatives, helping to further ensure transparent methods of communication; keeping employees informed and engaged
