Responsibilities

  • Steering HR Leadership: Provide comprehensive support to Fresenius Kabi CHRO, including preparing Global HR Leadership Team (GHRLT) meetings, including designing team workshops, facilitating leadership meetings, aligning with and preparing for Executive Leadership Team meetings, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader goals. Support in preparing for global summits and various workshops when appropriate
  • Strategic Projects Leadership: Own the execution of HR strategy initiatives, liaise with initiative leads, and ensure seamless integration and connection across various project efforts and with corporate priorities
  • HR Strategy Support: Work closely with the CHRO to develop, define, and implement the HR strategy, identifying key success factors and tracking progress. Act as a sparring partner to the CHRO and GHRLT team, translating strategic ideas into actionable plans and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • KPI and Financial Dashboard Management: Set up and manage an HR KPI and Financial Dashboard to track and report on key metrics, including data gathering, analysis, and insights to support decision-making
  • Alignment with Fresenius HR Strategy: Ensure alignment with the wider organizational goals by managing relationships with group stakeholders and ensuring communication flows between the Fresenius Group HR and Fresenius Kabi HR, as well as other business stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the CEOs and other functions on executive-level topics, ensuring alignment and smooth execution
  • Communication & Community Building: Foster communication and build a sense of community within the global HR organization at Fresenius Kabi to drive collaboration and cohesion
  • Capability Development & Capacity Planning: Assess business needs related to capability development and capacity planning, aligning HR resources to meet these demands effectively. Promote a culture of transparency and open communication, fostering a collaborative environment
