Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR initiatives to achieve annual plan (V2MOM) for both the Dickies brand and VF People team.
  • Serve as an advisor to business leaders and associates to support employee engagement, career development and retention.
  • Build trust and partnerships with VF People team (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and People Services) to deliver HR solutions aligned to key brand priorities.
  • Act as a change agent for business transformation across the Dickies organization to drive brand growth and develop the future organization.
  • Drive organizational design efficiency and alignment of talent; challenge organizational structure based on internal/external benchmarking; facilitate restructure plans as appropriate.
  • Lead talent management practices including workforce planning, talent identification, talent mobility, succession planning, performance assessment, talent development and leadership coaching.
  • Utilize talent analytics to assess talent and identify talent issues to proactively address future business needs and culture survey results.
  • Lead brand initiatives, programs, events and communications to engage office, field and retail teams and elevate the employee experience.
  • Advise leadership on VF Standard Operating Procedures to ensure fair and equitable application for all VF associates. Partner with employment counsel as well as labor and employee relations to advise management regarding employment policies and practices to ensure actions are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Implement Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA) practices in support of brand’s strategies and objectives.
