Responsibilities

  • Serve as a coach, strategic advisor, and business partner to the sector senior leadership team
  • Identify and develop key talent to grow the business, build current and future capability, and achieve long-term business success
  • Build relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Execute HR strategies to progress the ESS People Strategy and deliver value to the business
  • Understand the business strategy and identify opportunities to increase alignment with the strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes
  • Diagnose gaps between current and desired organization performance and deploy actions to resolve gaps, including organization redesign, process change, coaching and training
  • Analyze workforce trends to model and forecast future labor requirements to support senior leaders in workforce planning and succession management
  • Align performance management and reward strategies to reinforce an environment of dedication and innovation
  • Coach senior leaders to improve leadership abilities, relationships among teams/individuals and interpersonal communications, as well as deliver effective performance feedback
  • Partner closely with sector Human Resources colleagues and leadership, as well as colleagues in the center of excellence and others across the company

  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, partner closely with the employee resource groups, and serve on both the sector and company-wide diversity councils
