Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the investor communications and reporting lead to develop a world-class reporting offer, with a focus on the entrepreneurial growth of ESG and sustainability reporting and communications.
  • Providing strategic counsel to clients on reporting needs, with a deep understanding of key issues such as value creation, business models, strategy, stakeholder engagement, purpose, culture, values, risk, and governance.
  • Managing and developing client relationships to ensure delivery excellence and identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Driving new business development, including leveraging networks for new leads, and leading and winning pitches.
  • Raising the profile of the agency’s ESG offering internally and externally, acting as the subject matter expert on all ESG reporting and sustainability communications issues, and engaging in relevant industry events and thought leadership activities.
  • Line managing and mentoring direct reports, ensuring they are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
  • Upskilling the multidisciplinary team on the latest developments in sustainability communications and ESG reporting.
