Responsibilities

  • Drive Talent Acquisition Strategy: Lead recruitment initiatives for all roles, including lateral hires, partners, associates, and senior executives, aligning hiring strategies with the firm’s long-term vision.
  • Networking & Attorney Acquisition: Actively engage in legal networks and professional associations to attract top attorneys and expand our service offerings in diverse practice areas.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Oversee and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, managing recruitment for open staff roles and supporting their professional growth.
  • Summer Associate Program & OCI: Spearhead our Summer Associate Program and on-campus interviewing (OCI) process to secure top legal talent from emerging professionals.
  • DEI Leadership: Serve as Co-Chair of Kelley Kronenberg’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, championing our commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data insights to optimize recruiting strategies, improve the hiring process, and develop employer branding to attract the best talent in the industry.
