Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the strategic direction and overall effectiveness of the People communications function.
  • This role will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement, align with organizational goals, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • This role involves collaborating with members of the People Leadership Team to craft and disseminate key messages, managing internal communication channels, and overseeing the creation of content that supports People programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive People communication strategies that fit within a broader internal communications strategy.
  • Collaborate and write for senior People leadership to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational and functional objectives.
  • Keen editorial and storytelling skills to bring people and organizational stories to life.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of internal communications, including organizational and leadership announcements, programmatic and project-based communications and ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Contribute content to internal communication channels.
