Responsibilities

  • As Director People Development (f/m/d) you will design and implement the strategies of the company’s Talent Management and Organizational Development activities comprising career management and employee engagement programs, ensuring they align with organizational values and strategic objectives.
  • You will also develop and execute global and specific talent programs to support career growth, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • You will lead DE&I initiatives globally, supporting the talent sustainability strategy and embedding inclusive practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • You will play a pivotal role in further developing and driving value-adding, creative and effective performance management processes, setting standards for the global organization while ensuring right amount of flexibility for our Operating Units.
  • Acting as a talent partner for the leaders of the business you will align talent management strategies with business goals and challenges.
  • You will collaborate with regional HR leaders and business partners to identify and address talent gaps, providing guidance on succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • You will oversee the design, rollout, and analysis of employee engagement surveys and pulse checks, ensuring actionable insights are applied at both global and regional levels.
  • Partnering with leadership and HR teams, you will create and implement targeted initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
