Responsibilities

  • Builds and cultivates internal and external relationships to promote and grow the business.
  • Oversees and is accountable for business plans while focusing on results and measurements.
  • Directs and influences associate and business resources to achieve business results.
  • Builds strategies around the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Monitors the external markets to ensure competitiveness.
