  • Identify risks to the achievement of benefits in particular those arising from the business environment and assess the sensitivity of the benefits to these risks, working with the risk management specialists to ensure risks are appropriately recorded and managed in all programmes.
  • Develop and manage Benefits realisation plans linking to the achievement of Capability Gates/Milestones for each programme setting out lag and lead indicators and including milestones and reporting schedules. Ensure benefits are set out as a key element of business cases including their likely success, the impact of not achieving benefits and the cost benefits analysis or return on investment aspects of the business case.
  • Support the provision of schedule management, risk management, assumptions management for programmes across the Directorate.
  • Provision of PCT related activity to support Programmes across the Directorate.
  • Support the development of P3M training, mentoring and upskilling activity across Acquisition.
