  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream or equivalent diploma (preferably in Computer Science)
  • 3 years min Document Management experience with major contractor or consultant
  • Good knowledge of Electronic Database Management System (EDMS) software, MS Office, and Adobe
  • Good command of English (both verbal and in writing)
  • Experience with the use of EDMS
  • Experience with the use of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience in EPC project execution in the Oil and Gas contracting industry
  • Experience in multi-office project execution (MOPEX)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Document Management lead in completing the day-to-day project activities
  • Gain experience in the following work area: iDocs
  • Develop basic technical skills to complete assigned work
  • Accurately track, log, and distribute releases of both internal and external documentation, including metadata
  • Archive project records
  • Index and distribute project documents in an accurate and timely manner
  • Become familiar with pertinent aspects of the contract and Project Information Management Requirements
  • Reads and implements project-specific information management procedures and work instructions
  • Identify information management issues or areas of improvement
